Thankfully, Colorado's historic flood waters are beginning to recede. All of us have been impacted by the ferocity and the sheer enormity of this natural disaster. Our families, friends, and neighbors are in the beginning stages of the recovery process and it may be weeks, if not months before we can all return to some form of normalcy. In the nearly 15 years that ReQuest has been serving northern Colorado families, we have assisted our neighbors after the Windsor tornado, numerous wild fires, and many severe snow storms. We know that Coloradans are more than simply resilient; we will come together to help our neighbors, many of whom we didn't even know previously. We will come together and not only rebuild our communities, but we will strengthen them in the process.
We are so proud to be a part of so many communities throughout northern Colorado. We have seen the generous nature and genuine caring for complete strangers in times of need; we are confident that this disaster will not be an exception. We are proud to be Coloradans, and we are proud of our neighbors who will come together to rebuild our beautiful home.

Welcome to our new blog!
Thank you for visiting the new Request Carpet Services, Corporation blog. The goal of the blog will be to introduce northern Colorado and southern Wyoming to the services and values offered by ReQuest. This blog will not only introduce you to our company, but it will also be filled with useful tips and facts which will assist you in maintaining; what is for most of us, our most treasured item, our home and its contents.
For example; did you know that hard water spots, while unsightly on glass (or even worse on your granite counter top) can actually etch and ruin the surface? While replacing a glass shower door may be within your budget; starting at around $150; a granite slab counter top will cost thousands to replace. In many situations, we are able to save our clients hundreds, if not thousands of dollars by removing the hard water spots and deposits before they etch the surface. Additionally, we will teach you how to protect the surface, bringing your gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms back to their shining former selves! Here's a tip: a 1 to 4 ratio of white distilled vinegar to water will assist in removing surface hard water spotting! Spray the mixture onto the spots, allow it to sit for a minute or two, and then buff the surface with a soft microfiber (preferably) or cotton cloth. Do not use anything abrasive, as the acidic components of the vinegar/water solution can soften the surface and using an abrasive cloth, sponge, or brush may result in etching.
Also, did you know that DuPont Stainmaster Carpeting, which offers the best lifetime warranty on their carpets requires that their carpet be professionally cleaned at least every 18 months or the warranty is void? Click here for the Stainmaster Carpet Warranty.
If you have any questions regarding our services, please feel free to contact us at 970-221-2410. Mention that you read about us on this blog and we will happily deduct 20% from any scheduled services.
